Quick Summary
spacerDragons hide their treasure of dragon eggs, emeralds, rubies, diamonds, and sapphires in 15 volcanoes. Each player has three companions who travel down paths from one volcano to another to retrieve the randomly scattered eggs, jewels, and tokens.
spacer A companion who stops on a volcano reveals the token and takes (a) one egg and any removable token (later discarded for movement or acquisition privileges); (b) all gems of its color; or (c) one diamond. Some revealed tokens are dragons on which companions may fly to another volcano, or rings used by capturing companions to ensure their gems count for scoring. Play ends after all eggs have been collected. Score a point for each egg or gem collected, and bonuses for sets. Most points wins.
spacerDragonland is a simple game suitable for both younger and older players. Like other Knizia games, Dragonland will challenge players to arrive at an optimal stragegy in this race for resources.
