The Lessons found at The Ring of Valor are described as
classroom activities. With some minor revision, each can be adapted
for use by parents with their children. The best approach might
be for the entire family to participate to allow for lively discussion
about issues related to heroism.
Ideally, parents and teacher can work together to engage children
in an exploration of fear, risk, nobility, courage, and heroism.
Discussions that occur in school can also be repeated between children
and their loved ones at home. Stories, poems, art and other creative
works published on our Stories page
must have parental approval.
