Instructional Design
Instructional Design cultivates effective skill-based training requiring a partnership between instructors and instructional designers to ensure that the needs of learners are met. Leveraging the instructional designers' expertise in backward and accessible course design, assessments and activities, we will create a quality learning environment. By combining our expertise and resources, we aim to design online credit programs, microcredentials and noncredit professional development opportunities that are targeted at specific learners. This approach ensures efficiency, effectiveness and maximizes budget utilization that facilitates accessible and impactful skill development.
