Assess your well-being

Well-being is your ability to feel good and function effectively. Well-being gives you the resources to navigate the highs and lows we all experience in our work and in our lives, enabling us to flourish intellectually, emotionally, socially, and physically!

To help you measure your well-being, feel good, and function effectively as a student at K-State,

you are encouraged to take the PERMAH Wellbeing Survey and explore all the resources on the PERMAH website.

The PERMAH was created by psychologist Martin Seligman and focuses on six areas that contribute to one's overall well-being: Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment, and Health.
