Accounting
Accounting is composed of six areas: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Budgets, Property Inventory and Word Processing. Each area is an integral part in the expenditure, billing and receipt of work done for campus departments.
Facilities Payroll
Payroll and Personnel Services are responsible for payroll needs and also facilitate the benefits of full time employees. Those benefits include: health insurance, KPERS, shared leave, overtime/comp time, hiring/firing process, workers comp, FMLA, salary funding processes, and scanner system.
Storeroom
The storeroom provides materials, tools, and supplies for all of Facilities and other Kansas State University departments.
Vehicle Maintenance/Motor Pool
Transportation is responsible for the service and maintenance of the vehicles and equipment assigned to the Division of Facilities. Leasing provides vehicles for lease by University departments for transportation of employees and students.
