The Division of Financial Services is responsible for assisting and implementing the financial structures that streamline, modernize and integrate the business processes necessary to ensure the university excels in its work and invests in its future. We're guided by our Next-Gen mission to support K-State in identifying effective and efficient financial solutions through collaboration, partnership and teamwork.
Our Units
The Division of Financial Services is a unit within the Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance. The Division of Financial Services Administration is responsible for overseeing the operation and objectives of the departments listed below as well as managing fee approvals, real estate transactions and all debt-related transactions.
Accounting and budgeting support for administrative units served by the ASC is provided by the Division of Financial Services.
Cashiers and Student Accounts help K-State students manage their college finances and accept tuition and fees payments.
Financial Reporting prepares state, university and federal financial reports and manages the university's fixed assets.
General Accounting assists departments with vendor relations, payments, asset management and tax collection and regulation.
Purchasing and Contract Services supports and facilitates the acquisition of goods and services by applying best business practices.
