Graduate Student - Hours of Work for Summer 2021

Maximum 0.5 FTE for all grad appointments | Hours of work determined by FTE |
May hold graduate student and hourly concurrently | Limited to 30 hours per week |

Maximum allowable FTE between combined graduate appointments is .5 FTE. A graduate student may hold an additional .1 FTE hourly student appointment for a maximum of .6 FTE between all combined graduate and hourly student appointments. Students who hold an F1 or J1 Visa are limited to .5 FTE between combined graduate student and hourly student appointments.
College Work Study Program Dates
The Federal Work-Study program at K-State is the College Work Study Program (CWSP) administered by the K-State Office of Student Financial Assistance.
