Leaving K-State
Before leaving K-State, please complete the following tasks:
- Archive your work. Transfer all university-related work and items from your K-State email, Teams or personal OneDrive to a shared K-State account within your unit to ensure your team can access the files after you leave. Work with your unit's IT department or leadership to determine the best location for these items. Make sure to remove any personal items from your K-State account. Refer to the timelines below to see when your access will expire.
- Archive your research. Ensure that all your research materials are properly archived.
- Complete the Student Checklist. Review and finish all items on the checklist for students.
- Complete the Employee Checklist. Review and finish all items on the checklist for employees.
- Unsubscribe from mailing lists. Make sure to remove yourself from mailing lists.
Access to IT Resources
