The Kansas Idea Network of Biomedical Research Excellence (K-INBRE) program is possible via an Institutional Development Award (IDeA) from the National Insitutes of General Medical Sciences of the NIH. The overarching goal of this program is for the advancement of resesarch in the biomedical field in conjunction with the mentoring and training of undergraduate researchers in the same.
