Reminder: Talk by University Distinguished Professor Christer Aakeröy today
The K-State American Chemical Society Student Affiliate will host "An Evening With ... " Christer Aakeröy, university distinguished professor, at 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 17, in 209 King Hall.
Aakeröy's talk will be targeted toward topics such as unorthodox career paths, publishing research papers, and the meaning of being a scientist in today's complicated times.
A Q&A session will follow.
The "An Evening With ... " events offer students the opportunity to discuss a variety of academic and professional topics with professors on campus in a more relaxed setting.
