Yom Kippur services on campus

Hillel, a registered student organization, will host Yom Kippur services and break-fast in the Ekdahl Room in Seaton/Regnier Hall, led by Daniel Stein Kokin.  

The schedule is as follows:

  • Tuesday, Sept. 18, 7 p.m. — Kol Nidre Service
  • Wednesday, Sept. 18, 10 a.m. — Morning service
  • Wednesday, Sept. 18, 5 p.m. - Ne'eelah service, followed by break-fast

Stein Kokin is junior professor of Jewish literature and culture at the University of Greifswald in Germany. He is a visiting assistant professor at the UCLA International Institute, with a primary focus on Israel studies.
