Wanted: Kansas State University Gardens volunteers and tour leaders
The K-State Gardens need you! If you would like to volunteer but you don't feel qualified — no fears — an upcoming training program will give you all the information and experience you need.
Two sessions are available: 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, March 11, and March 18. The first session covers history, garden layout, Q&A, and a tour of the Gardens. The second session covers specialty gardens and collections, interpretation and Q&A with active volunteers.
