Division of Financial Services partners with Huron Consulting Group to evaluate procurement contracting processes

Building upon recent purchasing policy improvements, the Division of Financial Services is embarking on the next improvement phase to enhance our procurement contracting processes and tools to better serve Kansas State University. The Division of Financial Services has partnered with Huron Consulting Group to help document current processes and share leading practices in contract lifecycle management in higher education.
Over the next several weeks, the Huron team will collaborate with key stakeholders throughout the university community to evaluate current contracting process, materials and tools. Feedback will be used to help develop an improved procurement contracting process.
