Legleiter and Locanthi present at virtual CUPA-HR Conference

Shanna Legleiter, associate vice president, and Jennifer Locanthi, compensation and organizational effectiveness manager, both in Human Capital Services, co-presented at the 2021 virtual College and University Professional Association for Human Resources, or CUPA-HR, conference on April 12.
Their session was titled "Hindsight is 2020: Reflecting on Championing Stakeholders to Achieve Goals." The presentation highlighted their collaborative approach to serve stakeholders and implement new Fair Labor Standards Act regulations using a strategic partnership model. This project served as a case study to highlight the importance of strengthening relationships, establishing a shared understanding and achieving project goals in the face of changing circumstances.
