Pair of engineering faculty members receive named positions

Behrooz Mirafzal and Hayder Rasheed are each recent recipients of named positions in the Carl R. Ice College of Engineering.

Mirafzal, professor in the Mike Wiegers Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, was honored with a five-year appointment as a George Yeh keystone research scholar.

Rasheed, professor of civil engineering, was honored with a five-year appointment as a Darold and Debbie Davis cornerstone teaching scholar.
