Join first Meet Up and Move celebration at Memorial Stadium today between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
K-State students, faculty, staff and their families are invited to come to Memorial Stadium today, Friday, Oct. 22, between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. for the first Meet Up and Move event.
The event is being hosted by the kinesiology department in celebration of Exercise Is Medicine On-Campus month. Participants can win prizes by taking part in a variety of games, activities and physical activity challenges. The event will also offer a walkathon, free health assessments, cookies, and opportunities to do push-ups and take photos with Willie the Wildcat from noon to 1 p.m. Health-promoting organizations from across campus, including Recreational Services, Counseling and Psychological Services, WellCAT ambassadors and K-State CrossFit, will also be at the event.
