Legleiter and Locanthi present at Kansas SHRM, national CUPA-HR conferences

Shanna Legleiter, associate vice president, and Jennifer Locanthi, compensation and organizational effectiveness manager, both in Human Capital Services, co-presented at the 2021 Kansas Society for Human Resource Management, or SHRM, Conference in Overland Park on Sept. 23 and at the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources, or CUPA-HR, national conference in National Harbor, Maryland, on Oct. 4.
Their session was "Championing Stakeholders to Navigate the Future of Work." The presentation highlighted their consultative approach and proven collaborative framework to address the future of work. A case study was utilized to highlight the importance of strengthening relationships, establishing a shared understanding and achieving project goals in the face of changing circumstances.
