Stress relief with Silver Key
If you are looking for a chance to destress a bit, stop by Anderson Hall lawn from 1-4 p.m. Monday, Nov. 8.
Silver Key will offer a booth where students and staff can relieve stress by making stress balls and playing with puppies from the Riley County Humane Society.
If people cannot stay for long, they can come and grab a premade stress ball along with a mental health info card from Lafene Health Center.
