Take an online survey: Participants needed for public health research
K-State researchers have created an anonymous online survey to study the current knowledge, attitude and practice on food and nutrition, and care relating to the quality of life for older adults, long-term care and end-of-life care.
All K-Staters, faculty, staff and students at least 18 years old are eligible to participate in this survey. Your participation is voluntary. This survey may take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete in one sitting. Those who complete the survey will be eligible to enter a drawing to win one of several prizes:
- 11" Chromebook, one awarded.
- $100 gift card, one awarded.
- Insignia 6-quart multi-function pressure cooker, one awarded.
- $50 gift card, one awarded.
- $10 Chipotle or Amazon gift cards, 40 awarded.
This study has been reviewed by the K-State Institutional Review Board and received approval No. 10289.1
