Spring Week of Welcome planning meeting Friday

University departments and organizations are invited to host events and activities during the first week(s) of class in spring 2023 as part of Week of Welcome. Week of Welcome is designed to provide new and returning students with opportunities, resources and events to ensure their success at K-State.
The Center for Student Involvement will host a planning meeting for the spring 2023 Week of Welcome from 11 a.m. to noon Friday, Nov. 11, in the CSI Conference Room and via Zoom. Please RSVP through OrgCentral.
All campus departments that anticipate hosting an activity during spring 2023 Week of Welcome are encouraged to have a representative join the meeting. It will include an opportunity to share anticipated plans, review marketing approaches, discuss volunteer needs and more during the meeting.
If you coordinate a departmental effort during Week of Welcome and are unable to join in the meeting, please notify Sara Heiman, sjheiman@k-state.edu, to be included in future communications. Additional meetings will take place later this semester.
