Participants needed for emotion study

Submitted by Nazmun Nahar Khan

The Brain and Body Sensing Lab in the Mike Wiegers Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering is looking for participants for a research study. For K-State employees, participation should be scheduled outside normal working hours.

The purpose of the study is to improve the speed and accuracy of brain-computer interfaces that measure emotion. Participants will wear a sensor cap and view pictures. The study requires two visits, each visit will be approximately one hour. Participants will receive cash compensation for their time and may be eligible to participate in follow-up studies.

Contact the Brain and Body Sensing Lab at brainandbody@k-state.edu for more information.

This study has been reviewed by the Institutional Review Board and received approval No. 8328.
