Faculty, staff and community members are invited to submit breakout session proposals for the third annual K-State Women in Business Career Summit hosted by the Center for Principled Business at the College of Business Administration.

The Women in Business Career Summit will take place Monday, Nov. 13, at the K-State Student Union and the Business Building. The annual career summit exists to recruit high school students to K-State and to prepare K-State students for their future careers. Faculty, staff and community members who have a 40-50 minute session to present on college or career readiness topics are encouraged to submit.

The following is the tentative breakout schedule:

  • 9:50-10:30 a.m. and 10:40-11:20 a.m. for high schoolers.
  • 12:30-1:20 p.m. and 1:30-2:20 p.m. for K-State students.

To apply, fill out the breakout session form. Please visit cba.ksu.edu/wib or email womeninbusiness@k-state.edu with questions. Proposals should be submitted by Friday, Sept. 29, for best consideration.

The K-State Women in Business Initiative fosters a network of innovation and collaboration through academic and co-curricular learning opportunities, scholarship support and business research.
