Big 12 Faculty Fellowship Program now accepting applications
Applications are now open for the 2024-25 Big 12 Faculty Fellowship Awards.
Faculty members may apply for either a standard fellowship award or a mentoring fellowship award. Both fellowships provide up to $2,500 for expenses related to a visit by a faculty member to another Big 12 institution. Applications should be emailed in PDF format to the Office of the Provost at provounivawards@k-state.edu by Feb. 5, 2024. Notification will be provided to faculty by early April 2024.
Please note that a letter of invitation from the host institution must accompany the application, so faculty should not delay in contacting appropriate individuals. If a faculty member is not acquainted with possible collaborators in their discipline at other Big 12 schools, department heads or the provost's office may be used as a resource in providing names of individuals to contact.
The list of the faculty who have participated in this program since it began in spring 1997 includes their name, department, a short description of the project and the Big 12 university that was visited.
