Piano professor lectures at conference in Mississippi

Slawomir Dobrzanski, professor of music, served as guest clinician for the Mississippi Music Teachers Association 69th annual State Conference which took place Oct. 27-28 at Mississippi State University in Starkville, Mississippi.

During the conference, Dobrzanski delivered three lectures: "Unknown Teaching Repertoire by Eastern and Central European Composers," "Piano Music by Composers from Historically Underrepresented Groups" and "Competitions: A Judge's Perspective," and conducted a masterclass for pre-college piano students.
