Networking with local entrepreneurs
K-State's Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization is hosting a networking event with local entrepreneurs from 4-6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14, in the Business Building atrium. Dress is casual or business casual. Any K-State student with an interest in entrepreneurship/business ownership is welcome to attend.
More than 15 entrepreneurs involved in a variety of industries — including real estate, marketing, franchising, banking/finance, construction, landscaping, agriculture, medicine, law and more — will be attending. The event allows students the opportunity to make connections with local entrepreneurs.
"The entrepreneurs attending the event are eager to share their knowledge and connections with students," said Rylie May, vice president of finance for the Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization. "The networking event is a great opportunity for any student who has an interest in entrepreneurship — whether they are in the ideation phase or have their own business. We are excited to bring like-minded students from around campus to connect with our local community of entrepreneurs!"
