Submitted by Brandon Haddock

The AdventureOUT program in the K-State Spectrum Center will host the spring 2024 semester kickoff hike this Sunday, Feb. 25 at Washington-Marlatt Park in Manhattan. K-State students, faculty and staff are welcome to participate.

The hike is scheduled for 2 p.m. and will be a guided walk through the park trails. Those who wish to carpool are encouraged to meet at the Staley School of Leadership at 1:15 p.m. to travel to the park.

AdventureOUT is a program aimed at promoting personal well-being through community building. This program's goal is to connect people though engagement with a variety of wellness activities, both virtual and in-person, and develop a stronger sense of community on campus.

For more information, contact the Spectrum Center at lgbt@k-state.edu or 785-532-5352.
