Required notices on promotional materials
When working with the Division of Communications and Marketing, your client manager will help ensure the notices required on your promotional/marketing materials are displayed correctly. If you are creating pieces without the help of the division, please familiarize yourself with these notices and their required uses.
Notice of Nondiscrimination
This notice is required on all promotional print pieces not limited to magazines, brochures, postcards, etc.
- The most up-to-date, full-length notice is always located on the nondiscrimination website.
- A shortened notice is also available for small print materials where space is limited. Please contact your client manager to obtain this shortened notice.
Post-Graduation Statistics
In accordance with House Bill No. 2622, a link to the Kansas DegreeStats website is required on all printed materials that detail undergraduate academic degree programs and were created for distribution after July 1, 2016. For your convenience, the division has developed a preferred full notice and shortened notice for use:
