MANHATTAN — Construction projects adjacent to Bramlage Coliseum at Kansas State University will affect parking for university commencement ceremonies on Friday, Dec. 10, and Saturday, Dec. 11.
To relieve traffic congestion between ceremonies, the university recommends that guests attending commencement for the colleges of Arts and Sciences, Business Administration and Health and Human Sciences park in the west coliseum lot, while guests attending ceremonies for the colleges of Education, Agriculture and Engineering should park in the east coliseum lot.
Visitors parking in the east coliseum lot should enter Gate 8 off Kimball Avenue. They will be directed around the construction site to available parking spaces.
Visitors parking in the west coliseum lot who enter off of College Avenue will be directed to enter Gate 3, which is across from Ascension Via Christi Hospital. Visitors also can enter the lot from Kimball Avenue.
