Media advisory: Arrangements for K-State commencement ceremonies

MANHATTAN — Kansas State University commencement ceremonies for fall 2024 graduates will be Friday, Dec. 13, and Saturday, Dec.14. Media RSVPs are requested by 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 12.
SCHEDULE:
Dec. 13:
• Graduate School, 1 p.m., Bramlage Coliseum.
• Air Force ROTC Detachment 270 commissioning ceremony, 2 p.m., K-State Student Union Forum Hall.
• K-State Salina, 7 p.m., Student Life Center, Salina.
Dec. 14:
• College of Arts and Sciences, 8:30 a.m., Bramlage Coliseum.
• Army ROTC Wildcat Battalion ceremony, 9 a.m., K-State Student Union Forum Hall.
• College of Education, 10 a.m., Bramlage Coliseum.
• College of Business Administration, 11:30 a.m., Bramlage Coliseum.
• College of Agriculture, 1 p.m., Bramlage Coliseum.
• College of Health and Human Sciences, 2:30 p.m., Bramlage Coliseum.
• Carl R. Ice College of Engineering, 4 p.m., Bramlage Coliseum.
HOW TO ATTEND AND ACCESS: Email media@k-state.edu by 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 12, and specify which of the ceremonies you will attend. Media may attend multiple ceremonies. Media are free to roam the concourse outside the ceremony location. Access to the floor, mult box, or to graduates before or during the ceremony is not available. Media attending any ceremony will be seated in the stands. Please do not block stairs, rows, etc. Tripods are not allowed in Bramlage Coliseum, but monopods are acceptable.
CREDENTIALS: Media should be prepared to present credentials when entering Bramlage Coliseum. Media without credentials may make other arrangements by emailing media@k-state.edu.
PARKING: Free and unreserved parking is available in the east and west stadium lots. Media do not need to follow the clear bag policy, but all media bags and equipment will be checked upon entry.
