Broadway classic 'West Side Story' comes to McCain Auditorium on April 3

MANHATTAN — Kansas State University's McCain Performance Series will feature the timeless love story "West Side Story" at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 3.

"West Side Story" made its debut 50 years ago and has recently been revived through the Broadway direction of Tony Award-winning librettist Arthur Laurent. The Bernstein and Sondheim score is considered to be one of Broadway’s finest and features classics of American musical theatre, "Something's Coming," "Tonight," "America," "I Feel Pretty" and "Somewhere."

Tickets for the "West Side Story" cost $24.50-$65, plus applicable taxes and fees, and are available now at the McCain Auditorium box office, online at http://www.k-state.edu/mccain, or by calling 785-532-6428.
