Register now for new Concur travel and expense training
Submitted by Division of Financial Services
Last fall, Concur users were encouraged to share their feedback on the university's implementation of the Concur travel and expense management system. Faculty and staff indicated a desire for more training opportunities to help them more confidently use Concur software when submitting travel requests, expense reports, bookings and more. In response to this request, the Division of Financial Services is offering three upcoming training types to support the needs of users of all experience levels.
- "Intro to Concur" will cover the basics of using the university's travel and expense software, including setting up user profiles, creating travel and purchase card requests and submitting expense reports.
- "Concur: Beyond the Basics" will address frequently asked questions and provide helpful tips for users with previous Concur experience. Attendees will receive guidance on how to resolve common alerts and warnings, combine multiple receipts, attach documentation and an overview of purchase card guidelines.
- "Concur Travel: The New Booking Experience" will focus specifically on the travel needs of faculty and staff, including services offered by Anthony Travel and general travel policy. An Anthony Travel agent will be present for this training.
These 75-minute sessions begin this month, with "Intro to Concur" starting Feb. 18. There are multiple training opportunities available both online and in-person. Please visit the Concur website for a complete listing of trainings and register to attend. Users are encouraged to bring a laptop or tablet for hands-on practice. These new training opportunities are available alongside ongoing Business Liaison Concur training sessions, which occur twice a month.
K-State's Concur team is committed to providing exceptional support to campus users and plans to announce even more training opportunities later this year.
