Faculty judges still needed for Research and the State poster session

The Graduate Student Council is still in need of several faculty members from select disciplines to serve as judges for the Research and the State graduate student poster session on the morning of Oct. 29. Faculty members who feel comfortable evaluating graduate student research in the following areas are encouraged to volunteer to serve as a judge:
- Grain science
- Animal sciences
- Food science/food safety
- Plant genetics and virology
- Human and animal disease, detection and treatment — biological sciences
- Agronomy
- Environment — climate, watershed, greenhouse gas gully erosion
- Engineering and physical sciences with a focus on development of health and safety related devices/techniques such as cancer detection/treatment, national defense
- Energy
- Roads and transportation
- Sustainability
Faculty who are interested in serving as a judge should complete the judge volunteer form.
