Research and the State graduate student poster session today
Submitted by Graduate Student Council
The Graduate Student Council invites all to attend the 2013 Research and the State graduate student poster session today in the K and S Ballrooms in the K-State Student Union. Presentations and judging will be from 9-11 a.m.
Approximately 70 K-State graduate students representing 20 academic departments will present their scholarly research to the K-State community and will discuss the implications their research has for important state-related issues. The forum is free and open to the public.
The top 10 presenters will be selected by K-State faculty judges to present their research posters at the Capitol Graduate Research Summit in Topeka in spring 2014. These top presenters will be announced at an awards ceremony at 1 p.m. in Room 227 at the Union.
Additional information and an electronic program booklet may be accessed on the Graduate Student Council Research Forums Web page.
