Submitted by Jerry Jay Cranford
The Broadway Tony Award winner for best play, "God of Carnage," opens this week in K-State's Chapman Theatre in Nichols Hall.
When two children engage in an altercation that leaves one of them with two missing teeth, their parents meet to discuss how to handle the situation peacefully. After a bit of discussion, some clafoutis and a splash of rum, the evening doesn't go the way anyone had planned.
"God of Carnage" will be presented at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 6-8 and Feb. 13-15, and at 2:30 p.m. Feb. 16 . Purchase tickets at the McCain box office or call 785-532-6428 from 11:30 to 4:30 weekdays.
