Call for nominations for distance education student and adviser awards, due March 21
Kansas State University's Division of Continuing Education is accepting nominations of distance education students and distance education advisers for the 2014 DCE Awards.
The Extraordinary Student Award is given to a currently enrolled distance education student who has overcome an obstacle in the path of their education and who demonstrates academic excellence, focus and career ambition in their studies at K-State.
The Outstanding Advising Award is given to a K-State faculty or staff member who has demonstrated exceptional ability in assisting and advising distance education students.
To nominate a distance education student or adviser, complete the online nomination form by Friday, March 21.
Recipients will be presented their award at the division’s honors and awards reception May 7.
