Free training for all: Legal situations that impact students
Free training about legal situations that impact students is being offered. This panel presentation will address some of the most common legal issues that impact students, discuss resources, strategies and take in questions from the audience. The presentation is from 2:30-4:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 4, in the K-State Student Union's Little Theater. Registration is requested to attend.
The moderator is Torry Dickinson. Panel presenters are Sarah Barr, students' attorney; Chaz Mailey, alcohol and other drug education coordinator; Don Stubbings, campus police; and Ta Leasa Johnson, student.
The panel will discuss how legal issues impact:
- the needs of college students and
- how K-State community members can help students address those needs on campus.
