Diane Mason wins first pitch nomination
Submitted by K-State Athletics
Diane Mason, clinical associate professor in the College of Veterinary Medicine, has been selected to throw out the first pitch at the 2014 K-State baseball home opener as part of Faculty and Staff Appreciation Day on Friday, March 7. Mason was selected from a large group of nominated professors from all over campus.
K-State Faculty and Staff can purchase Cat Cushion general admission tickets to this Friday's game for only $3 — a savings of $5 per ticket — when they show their K-State ID at the Tointon Family Stadium ticket booth on game day. First pitch is scheduled for 3 p.m.
