Reminder from Faculty Senate: Professional Staff Affairs Committee

Last fall, the university faculty voted unanimously to approve a faculty senate constitutional amendment to add the Professional Staff Affairs Committee, or PSA, as a standing committee in the senate. The new committee with membership from both faculty and unclassified professional staff from across the university will be responsible for addressing policy matters that pertain to unclassified professional staff. This committee strengthens the representation of K-State unclassified professional staff, which accounts for approximately one-third of all university employees.
