Andrew Bernica, Topeka, spring 2014 graduate in civil engineering, has been awarded two scholarships from the American Concrete Institute, or ACI, in support of his graduate studies.
At the national level, Bernica was selected by the institute's foundation to receive the $3,000 American Concrete Institute W. Gene Corley Memorial Scholarship. On the state level, the Kansas chapter of American Concrete Institute has chosen Bernica to receive its $1,000 Kansas Board/American Concrete Institute Scholarship.
