Campus open forums scheduled for Graduate School associate deans positions
Finalists have been identified for the Graduate School associate dean positions. Each candidate will participate in a public forum discussing the future of graduate education.
The candidates for the associate dean for student services and enrollment management are Geraldine Craig, professor of art; and David Margolies, professor of entomology.
The forums are schedule for:
• Craig: 8:30-9:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 14, K-State Student Union, Room 206
• Margolies: 8:30-9:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 15, K-State Student Union, Room 206
The candidates for the associate dean for academic affairs and research are: David Margolies, professor of entomology; Lisa Harrington, professor of geography; and Michael Herman, professor of biology.
The forums are schedule for:
• Margolies: 8:30-9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 19, K-State Student Union, Room 226
• Harrington: 8:30-9:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 21, K-State Student Union, Room 207
• Herman: 8:30-9:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 22, K-State Student Union, Room 207
For those unable to attend in person, the presentations will be streamed live and archived for viewing later. The link for the forums will be activated just before the scheduled start time and will be posted on the Graduate School's website along with each candidate's full interview schedule, application materials and a survey to provide feedback on each candidate.
