Assistant dean of engineering to receive outstanding service award
Bette Grauer, assistant dean of retention, diversity and inclusion in the College of Engineering, has been selected to receive the American Society for Engineering Education Midwest Section's 2014 Outstanding Service Award. She is being recognized for her high standard of service at Kansas State University, on the national level of the organization, as well as the society's Midwest Section.
Grauer will be recognized during the upcoming Midwest Section meeting Sept. 24-26 at the University of Arkansas, Fort Smith. She was nominated for the award by then interim dean of the college, Gary Clark.
