Respectful Work Relationships II for Supervisors Sept. 17

Michelle White-Godinet, assistant director of institutional equity, will present Respectful Work Relationships II for Supervisors, WTD130 from 9-11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 17, in Room 226 at the K-State Student Union.

This session is a follow up to Respectful Work Relationships and participants should complete this session prior to registering for Respectful Work Relationships II. Respectful working relationships and respectful workplaces are integral components to increased productivity, teamwork and morale. Topics of Respectful Workplace Relationships II for Supervisors include:

  • Discussing generational differences
  • Identifying bullying
  • Practicing coaching techniques
  • Exploring approaches to addressing conflict
  • Identifying K-State resources to address interpersonal conflict

There is no charge to participants, but registration is necessary to ensure adequate seating and materials. Participants my register through HRIS Self_Enrollment or by sending an email to learning-develop-hr@k-state.edu. When sending an email, please include your name, department, employee ID number, course title and the course number.
