KSU Inline Hockey Club plays University of Missouri in Border Battle for Autism
The Kansas State University Inline Hockey Club will play the Mizzou Inline Hockey Club for preseason bragging rights at 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 14, at the KCIC Center, 19900 Johnson Drive, Shawnee, in the Border Battle for Autism.
The days activities will begin at 12:30 p.m. with a one hour family skate for the members of the Autism Society-The Heartland. This will be followed by a youth inline hockey clinic hosted by both the K-State and Mizzou Inline Hockey Clubs at 1:30 p.m. This clinic is open to the first 30 youth players who register with the rink by calling 913-579-2625.
A silent auction/raffle for donated items, including both an autographed K-State practice jersey and an autographed Mizzou jersey, along with various other donated items, will be available. All of the proceeds from the auction/raffle and $5 admission will be donated to the Autism Society-The Heartland.
We hope that you will be able to join us and root on the 'Cats while raising funds for the Autism Society. Hope to see you there.
