Psychology faculty and alumni published
Ronald Downey, professor of psychology; Andrew Wefald, assistant professor in the School of Leadership Studies; Michael Smith, 2011 doctoral graduate in psychology; Maura Mills, 2010 doctoral graduate in psychology; and a colleague were published in the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology. The group's publication is titled "Stress and Performance: Do Service Orientation and Emotional Energy Moderate the Relationship?"
Downey, Wefald, Mills and Smith were also published in Applied Psychology: Health and Well-Being, one of two official journals of the International Association of Applied Psychology. The quartet's publication is titled, "A Comparison of Three Job Engagement Measures: Examining their Factorial and Criterion-Related Validity."
