Jan. 3 phone outage
On Jan. 3 from approximately 9 a.m. to noon, K-State experienced several outages of the phone system. The reason appeared to be a switch failure that sporadically impacted phone service on the Manhattan, Salina and Olathe campuses. Information technology services continues to monitor the phone system and apologizes for the inconvenience.
