Copyright assistance every Thursday
Submitted by Sarah McGreer Hoyt
New from the Center for the Advancement of Digital Scholarship, or CADS, is Copyright Corner. Whether you are concerned with protecting your own copyright or want to avoid violating others' rights in your research, you'll receive informed, professional guidance.
Starting Oct. 1, join the center's faculty for Copyright Corner from 2-3 p.m. every Thursday in 118 Hale Library. These copyright consultations are available to all K-State faculty, staff or students. If you are unable to attend or would like to send your question in advance, fill out the copyright consultation form.
While the center provides information related to copyright, they cannot provide legal advice.
The center leads the Libraries' scholarly communication efforts. Scholarly communication is the system of creating, sharing and using the results of research and scholarship, as well as the economic and legal processes that make up a part of the system. For more information, contact the center's office at cads@k-state.edu or 785-532-7444.
