Tuesday Talk in the Gardens: How to take garden shots
Reserve your spot now for the Sept. 13 Tuesday Talk in the Gardens with amateur photographer Lannie Zweimiller, who is also director of K-State's Lafene Health Center. Zweimiller will offer tips for improving shots of garden flowers using a film camera with a close-up attachment and a digital camera with a macro lens. He also will discuss the use of a tripod in close-up photography.
The talk, which is free and open to the public, will be from 12:15-12:45 p.m. in the Quinlan Visitor Center, 1500 Denison Ave. Space is limited, so reservations are requested by Monday, Sept. 12. Send email to judy_unruh@att.net confirmation will be returned via email.
