Two weeks left to submit your creative work
Just two weeks remain to submit your creative work to Touchstone, K-State's literary magazine. The submissions deadline is Dec. 14.
Published annually each spring by the College of Arts & Sciences with assistance from the K-State creative writing faculty, the K-State Fine Arts Council and the K-State English department, Touchstone showcases nationwide graduate and undergraduate work.
Touchstone accepts artwork and works or poetry, fiction, flash fiction and creative nonfiction.
Please submit up to five poems, two short stories, five flash fiction pieces, two creative nonfiction essays and three pieces of artwork. Each fiction and nonfiction work should not exceed 12 pages. Five poems should not exceed 12 pages.
A cash prize for first and second place will be given to the top two K-State undergraduate works in each of the following genres: poetry, creative nonfiction, fiction and art. Unfortunately no cash prize is available for K-State graduate student submissions.
