Geography faculty candidate to present on water management in Kenya
Erick Ananga, doctoral candidate from the University of South Florida, will give a public lecture at 12:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 30, in Town Hall of the Leadership Studies Building.
Ananga's talk will be "Examining the Tenability of Community Participation Theory in Explicating Water Management Dynamics in Urban Informal Settlements: A Case Study of Kisumu, Kenya."
Ananga is a candidate for the human geographer assistant professor position in the K-State geography department. His presentation is sponsored by the Beta Psi chapter of Gamma Theta Upsilon, the International Geographic Honor Society, and the geography department.
