Message about the new phase in Campus Master Plan update process
Dear K-State Community,
The second phase of our Campus Master Plan update process begins today. Representatives from Ayers Saint Gross and Paulien and Associates will be on the Manhattan campus this week to conduct a series of meetings with the academic and other unit administrators to gather information on the space and facility needs on the Manhattan campus.
An open campus meeting will be from 5:30-7:00 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 29, in the KS Ballroom of the K-State Student Union. The format and focus of this meeting will be the same as the two previous open campus meetings in late January. The questions being asked at these open campus meetings are available at http://www.k-state.edu/masterplan. For those who cannot attend in person, the meeting will be videostreamed and available on K-State HDTV. Students, faculty, staff and community members are invited and encouraged to attend.
Input from campus and community members will continue to be collected via a Web-based survey provided by Mind Mixer. Access to the survey is available from the Campus Master Plan Update website and the K-State home page.
We encourage your continued participation in this process.
Sincerely,
Ruth Dyer
Senior Vice Provost for Academic Affairs
Chair, Campus Master Plan Update Task Force
